If you are unfamiliar with SwimTopia, Welcome.

It is our desire to make this experience enjoyable - from navigating the website to traveling home with excited swimmers after the meet.

If you are not yet registered as a user for this site, please contact me to get you registered as a coach/rep user by sending me your name and email address.  You will then be able to log in to the Coaches and Reps pages once you create a password for yourself.

Be Aware:

All instructions on the website are the same for non-GKAISA teams except for:

1) Gathering information from families as to who will be attending.

2) Entering Swimmers in events.

3) Utilizing SwimTopia for parent jobs assigned and for viewing results of swimmers.

After we have registered you as a user on this site:

*Please use the DEADLINES page to give us the RSVP for number of swimmers and size tent you will need.

*You will need to create a Hy-Tek file of your entries based on the event numbers associated with SMI (you may combine the Sat/Sun swimmers in this file).  See the link below.

You will need to email that file to: [email protected] with your team name and coach contact in the email.  The sooner you can get this file to us, the better.  Deadline for GKAISA teams is 8:00am Friday, June 14th.  Entering your swimmers into our system first would be ideal.

All coaches will then have the opportunity to evaluate the psych sheet for discrepancies before the meet is finalized on Thursday, June 20th.
